two yogas

There are two yogas. The yoga that you do and the yoga that does you.

Our Western mindset makes us think,

"I want to be beautiful, I want to feel good, so I must work hard. I must do yoga and work hard at it. Then I will get the results that I want."

But yoga does not work that way!

You must let yoga do you. Your job is to simply show up.

When you stop trying, when you give up doing, yoga yields her secrets and showers you with beauty, good feeling and health.
